Meet Ann

Training Consultant, Speaker, and Personal/Executive Coach

Ann Gramc is a training consultant, speaker, and personal/executive coach.  For more than 30 years, she has designed and developed customized training programs for many of the Fortune 500 companies and other organizations. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, change management, new hire orientation, front-line employee training, safety, and technical training.

With a master’s degree in journalism, she uses strong interviewing and writing skills to create highly customized training materials that come alive and engage participants. The programs Ann has created have helped clients successfully develop talent, build their culture, increase business success, and in the case of safety training for a railway, helped to prevent accidents/injuries and save lives.

Her passion for the topics of happiness and resilience led her to create and facilitate workshop experiences in which participants discover how to raise their happiness setpoint. Employees and leaders shift their thinking and behaviors so that they operate on empowering beliefs that lead to success.

Ann is certified as an executive coach and is a licensed practitioner in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), a field that uses effective techniques to help people move past limiting beliefs to successfully make changes in their lives. Her coaching practice focuses on helping people transform their lives and reach their greatest potential.
